We seek Radar Algorithm software development team members supporting a fully funded, multiyear, full lifecycle program.
The overall effort will include several engineers (RF, software/firmware, and support staff) working in a common development environment to replace and upgrade the real-time data collection, real-time data quality assurance, and post mission data reduction systems.

ERS Antenna has specialized in the Electromagnetics industry since 1994. We have opportunities for Antenna Designers with (Phased Array, Beam Steering / Electronically Steered, Helical, Spherical, Horn, Yagi) experience, Radar Cross Section designers and Analysts, Low Observable Engineers, Radar Systems Designers, Infrared Signature Analysts, and Guidance Navigation Control experts servicing a variety of industries and applications to include but not limited to:
Ground Based and Airborne Radar Systems for Electronic Warfare applications, Airborne Collision Avoidance systems, Reconnaissance, Ground Penetration Radars, Missile Guidance systems, RCS Range Operations, Radome Design and Rocket / Turbine Propulsion etc.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors or Master's degree in EE, Physics or Mathematics; ten years radar algorithm (DSP) development, specifically working with internal radar parameters (I/Q) and the analysis of radar phenomenon (noise, clutter, RFI).

Requires leadership in defining goals and schedules for algorithm development and tracking same.

Extensive experience in Matlab or other engineering analysis tools required.
Working knowledge of OOD and programming experience in modern languages highly desirable, but secondary to radar algorithm experience.

The specific position in question is for a primary radar algorithm development specialist for the post mission system.

Selected candidate will work with and update the program Algorithm Development Specification, design and assist others in the design of algorithms, and code algorithms as required.






Requirements of a very dynamic customer entail restructuring, redesigning, and rewriting selected algorithms from the present system, as well as continued expansion in algorithm development beyond program delivery dates and into the foreseeable future.

Salary $80,000 - $100K+
