P.E. in the environmental field, managing and supervising projects at a wide variety of sites, including major and independent oil firms, industrial, commercial, residential, municipal, and state facilities, involving a variety of contaminants including chlorinated solvents, gasoline and fuel oil, PAH’s, metals, and PCB’s. Must be able to managed both individual sites and multi-site portfolios in NJ, PA, and NY, Must have experience in all project phases from the preliminary assessment (PA) and initial site investigation (SI), through the remedial investigation (RI), remedial action (RA) selection and preparation of the remedial action work plan (RAW), to remedial implementation and project closure. Must be able to assist clients through the regulatory requirements to obtain No Further Action (NFA), and has a proven track record of providing high-level service and value to his clients.

Must have a LSRP under the new NJDEP licensing regulations, so they will be able to issue the “Response Action Outcome” notices that replace the traditional NFA issued by the NJDEP. Must have the experience necessary to correctly assess individual and unique cases, and to develop the most cost-effective strategy to reach the RAO based on the client’s priorities and the site conditions.
