J2EE Performance Architect

Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities extend to all components of an application and application environment including front, back, and middle tiers where applicable.
• Experience tuning performance on J2EE applications.
• Ability to measure/monitor performance using available tools
• Ability to diagnose potential performance issues and instrument to appropriate tier
• Ability to review implementations or designs and recommend improvements and optimized solutions
• Understands various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage
• Strong background in monitoring tools, e.g. introscope
