We are currently in need of multiple Part-Time Game Room Attendants for our Brunswick Zone XL Bowling Center located in Lone Tree, CO.

Game Room Attendants provide customers with prompt, efficient, courteous service and ensure that maximum utilization of equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers. Game Room Attendants report to the Games Service Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operates cash register, computer and P/A (make announcements on P/A)
• Maintains records of daily operations as required
• Provides friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service
• Maintains safe work environment for staff and guests
• Fills all merchandisers, cranes and redemption counter prizes daily
• Cleans game machines and room including bussing tables, vacuuming and dusting
• Sells center services (specials, tournaments, bar and snack bar)
• Distributes redemption prizes to customers and collects tickets or cards
• Assists with physical inventory counts
• Assists customers with Rides operations (as applicable to location)
• Performs duties of Laser Tag Marshal including running the mission counter, briefing guests, vesting guests, controlling play, handling accidents, handling the equipment and promotion play (as applicable to location)

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: One to two years of customer service and retail experience with cash handling.


Education Level: High school student, diploma or equivalent.

Schedule: Part-time work only. Must be available to work nights, weekends and possible holidays
