Advertisements on Jobvertise

Jobvertise does not control or endorse any third-party products, services, or job offers you may see advertised on the site.

Prohibited Uses

You may not "spam" our database with multiple listings for the same job opening. Prohibited jobs include posting jobs that contain an application fee or contain other people's personal information. Vulgar, slanderous, pornographic, or other offensive information is not acceptable. Please review the complete Jobvertise Usage Policy for posting jobs. Violators of any of these terms will be removed immediately without notice.

User Submitted Content

You are solely responsible for the information you post including but not limited to job listing and resume information. You understand and acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to content you submit. You may be contacted by third parties based on the information that you post.

No Warranty

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF ANY OTHER NATURE ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THIS SERVICE OR TO ANY PRODUCT REFERRED TO IN THIS INFORMATION. JOBVERTISE, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE WILL OPERATE OR PERFORM IN A MANNER THAT IS UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jobvertise, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Termination/Cancellation

You may terminate your account with Jobvertise by logging in and using the remove account feature. You may also send requests to us through the web form. We reserve the right to remove accounts at any time for any reason.
